Star Membership Refunds

• Any suspended game-account is not eligible to get any refunds of any purchases made under the name of that account.
• Star membership payments older than 3 days will not be refunded.
• For star membership payments made within the past 3 days, we will issue a full refund if requested. This refund can only be issued once per account.
• If you have a serious issue or concern, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review each case individually and will make every effort to provide a fair solution.

Other Refunds

• For all other purchases, we will issue a full refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase, however this only applies to transactions that reward you with in-game assets and not bundles/purchases that include usable in-game funds.
• This refund can only be issued once per account.
