Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flarex services, website routes, game servers, APIs, and account systems, you agree to these Terms and all platform rules.

2. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for your account activity, login access, and connected identity provider credentials. Sharing accounts to evade limits, punishments, or purchase restrictions is prohibited.

3. Virtual Currencies, Items, and Progress

Coins, Flares, Tokens, Flarex Pass progress, and digital items (including skins, wearables, nicknames, themes, case rewards, wheel rewards, and redeem-code rewards) are licensed digital content for use within Flarex and have no real-world monetary value.

We may rebalance, rotate, rename, limit, disable, or remove digital content to maintain security, fairness, economy stability, or feature compatibility.

4. Refund Policy and Anti-Fraud Rules

All purchases are treated as final for digital goods and account credits, except where refunds are required by applicable law.

To block fraud and loophole abuse:

  • Refunds are generally denied if purchased value was spent, consumed, transferred, or used.
  • Duplicate-charge claims may be reviewed when reported quickly with valid proof.
  • Chargebacks used to bypass policy or keep consumed goods may be treated as payment fraud.
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in purchase reversal, item removal, account suspension, or bans.
  • We may decline requests involving account sharing, VPN/proxy abuse, or identity mismatches.
  • Purchases made through unauthorized third parties are unsupported and non-refundable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, harass users, abuse chat or voice systems, manipulate transactions, or attack service stability.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, inventory adjustments, chat restrictions, or permanent bans. Appeals may be sent to [email protected].

7. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect feature, policy, legal, or security changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
